The Private Investors and Family Offices Network Forum celebrates its 50th edition today, with a special event that will include a panel of entrepreneurs and investors who will share their experiences and insights gained over the seven years they have been part of the network.
During the forum, seven projects will be presented - four in Barcelona and three in Madrid. Among the projects selected for the event are Aretch, a promoter of international projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions; Force Manager, an IT platform for controlling and managing sales network activity; Virtual World, an online 3D mobile platform oriented toward the tourism industry; Glasscover, a company dedicated to the manuracture and sales of an anti-graffiti system; Tradeworld, a business focus on the development of the D.O. Ribero del Duero "Popular" and "Verdejo" concept of wine industry; Porpra, a project based on the application of the Smartphone, "watch the match," a future communication portal for sports fans; and Sanycom, a company offering telemedicine and hospital solutions, which will present its latest product, "i-beds."
The forum represents an important meeting point for investors interested in new projects, as well as those who want to know more about the network or want to hear about the latest developments in the sector.
IESE's Private Investors and Family Offices Network, created in 2003, is a poineer in the business angels sector. Since its inception, it has become one of the most established networks in Spain and Europe, with the presentation of more than 300 projects and the completion of 31 investment operations. The network is open to investors and entrepreneurs who are graduates of IESE, as well as those who do not have any links with the school. The group includes more than 100 members.
