IESE Business School has launched a new and wide-ranging selection of Short Focused Programs for business leaders, which will be held over the coming year at the Barcelona and Madrid campuses, as well as the school's center in New York City.
The programs cover highly relevant business topics and are led by IESE's diverse international faculty. Among the areas covered by the programs - which generally take place over two to five days - are innovation, operations, creating effective virtual teams and sustainable business strategies.
Among the new offerings this year is "Arts and Cultural Management: The Business Side of Leading Cultural Organizations," to be held in New York City in July 2011. As arts and cultural organizations face shrinking budgets, the program helps executives to manage resources more effectively, while striking a balance between cultural and financial objectives.
