This week, IESE is offering the intensive progam, "The Innovation Architect: Creating Breakthrough Companies," with Prof. Paddy Miller, Prof. Antonio Dávila and Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg. The 2-day program, aimed at senior executives, will also be held in New York City, June 6-8.
During the program, participants explore the strategic innovation imperatives of their businesses, analyzing their organization's specific needs, while identifying how innovation can ensure ongoing success. Participants leave the program armed with innovation strategies and a clear plan for action.

Prof. Miller, who holds a Ph.D. from IESE, is professor of Managing People in Organizations. His interests lie in the area of leadership and the management of change and recently have focused on the specific issues of leading change in multinational organizations.
Prof. Dávila is professor of entrepreneurship and accounting and control, and the head of IESE's Department of Entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University.
Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg is an expert in innovation and creative methodologies, specifically the practical intersection between business, creativity and social media.
