This week, participants in IESE's Global Executive MBA program will carry out an integral part of their learning experience, the 3-Dimensional In-company Project, on the school's Madrid campus. They will also take part in a Frog Innovation Design Workshop, led by the multidisciplinary design and engineering firm, frog.
IESE's Global Executive MBA is a program for high-potential executives that includes residential modules in Asia, Europe and the United States, as well as distributed learning. The program is offered in monthly and bimonthly formats.
Leading sessions during the current module are professors Antonino Vaccaro, Sandra Sieber, Pedro Nueno, Yih-teen Lee and Joaquim Vilà. Innovation management, business models in the digital age, business ethics, HR management and entrepreneurship are among the areas to be covered.
The 3-Dimensional In-Company Project involves participants, representatives from sponsoring companies and IESE faculty members, who all work together for 3-4 months. Overseen by IESE faculty members, the project provides an opportunity to analyze a business challenge faced by the organization, with input from experts and experienced senior executives. Companies gain valuable feedback and new perspectives on current problems, while the participant is able to put into practice new knowledge and skills gained during the program.
