It pays to do an MBA at IESE.

The latest MBA Employment Report features an increase in the total number of IESE MBAs accepting a job offer on graduation.

In 2015 a notable 91 percent of all our MBA graduates started a new role in the sector of their choice in the first three months following their graduation.

Some 80 percent of these graduates took a job outside of Spain, and roughly half of our class of 2015 pursued employment outside of Europe.

Other highlights from the Employment Report 2015 include:

  • 83% graduates pursue opportunities in new roles, new sectors or new geographies
  • 56% changed function
  • 67% changed industry
  • 37% changed location
  • 19% changed all three
  • 65% accepted job offers managed by IESE Career Services

The strong employment figures and international spread of graduate jobs is tied to IESE’s core mission, says Nico van den Brink, director of MBA Career Services.

The IESE approach ensures our MBAs develop a strong general business perspective, an international mindset and a management approach that is centered on human and ethical values. This approach ensures that demand for our graduates continues to be strong.”
