In compliance with the Spanish regulation, Organic Act 15/1999 regarding the Protection of of Personally Identifiable Information ("Personal Information") and Act 34/2002 regarding the Services of the Information Society and Electronic Business, the recipient of this e-mail is hereby INFORMED that the Personal Information that he/she issues, including his/her e-mail address, all of which is necessary for the formalization and the management, as well as, the execution an development of the institutional activities pertaining to IESE, Universidad de Navarra (hereinafter IESE), will be incorporated into a computerized file, being the Responsible Person and the owner of the latter IESE. Once the interested party remits his/her Personal Information and e-mail address to IESE, he/she expressly AUTHORIZES IESE or entities pertaining to the same mainframe as IESE to use the above-mentioned Personal Information for further communications, explicitly including those that are brought forward via e-mail, that are periodically remitted to their students, alumni or possible interested parties, informing all of the above of the activities, notices, courses, programmes and the like, including those services and products offered in relation to the activities that IESE brings forth. The interested party shall be able to initiate the rights he/she may be entitled to in relation to the access, modification, cancellation and opposition by addressing an electronic mail to InfoDat@iese.edu, requesting for, if ever, (i) the remittance, via e-mail, of his/her Personal Information contained in the IESE (Universidad de Navarra) files, hence allowing the interested party the survey and, if the case may be, the pertinent modifications of the data and/or (ii) the cancellation and/or waiver of the authorization to receive communications, being IESE compelled to confirm, via e-mail as well, the modification and/or cancellation of the Personal Information in its files.
