Introduction
|
|
The active incorporation of women into the labor market in recent years has had a major impact on the structure of key areas of society, business and family.
Specifically, women in top managerial jobs have brought social changes, changes within the company and new flexible policies. There is a new role for women who want to access key executive jobs without jeopardizing their position in the social/family/woman group.
These realities present some key questions: How prepared are we for these changes and new roles? How can men and businesses support these new changes and initiatives?
This international symposium will try to address these changes and present new ways to understand life and work, based on real-life experiences from top executive women attending the panel, and from associations and scholars in related fields.
This conference hopes to lay the foundation for IESE as a main think-tank, work space and network for international professional women’s associations.
