The Gartner Research database contains in-depth information on the global IT industry as well as on related technological issues in other industrial sectors. The database covers more than 800 technological and business topics.

Search by topic on Gartner Research:

1. Click on the Browse link in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
2. From the left-hand panel of the new window, navigate through the different options available in the menus: By Topic, By Special Topics, By Industry, By Focus Area, By Author, By Date, By Dataquest Market Insight, By Dataquest Quarterly Statistics.
3. Click on the category that most interests you and check the results in the right-hand window.

Once you have brought up the results, you can narrow the search by:
1. Clicking on the box “Search within current results”.
2. And then entering the search parameters in the text box above the search results and clicking on “Search Now”.

1. Click on the Browse link in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
