CEIC databases
A suite of four databases, two of which are especially relevant to emerging markets and economies: CEIC China database and CEIC Asia database.
CEIC China
Detailed, up-to-date, high quality time-series data on the Chinese economy. Contains statistics on sectors, investment, banking, foreign trade, interest and exchange rates, demographics, labour and national accounts. Data can be copied to Excel.
CEIC Asia
Similar data categories for Bangladesh, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

GMID (from Euromonitor)
GMID contains historical, current and forecast economic indicators for most countries. Data covers inflation, consumer expenditure, prices and costs, exchange rates, FDI, GDP, income labour and poverty. Data can be downloaded to Excel or converted into a graph.

World Development Indicators
CD ROM access to World Bank development data. Social, economic, financial, natural resources and environmental time series for 225 countries and country groups.
