Amadeus

Amadeus contains financial information (annual accounts for up to ten years, ratios) and other data for the top 250 000 public and private companies from 38 European countries. Over 55 000 of the companies are registered in Eastern Europe. Data can be downloaded to Word or Excel.

It is also possible to perform peer, geographical, segmentation, aggregation, distribution, concentration and regression analyses on sets of the data (e.g. all quoted Polish companies).

Thomson One

Already mentioned in section 2.5, Thomson One additionally contains financial statements, ratios, contact details, business descriptions and peer information for listed companies worldwide.

ISI Emerging Markets

Via the Company tab, this service gives you profiles, news, company actions, annual reports and financial statements for public and private companies in 60 emerging markets. It is the only published source of data on some companies.
