The Spain - U.S. Chamber of Commerce and CIIF (IESE's International Center for Financial Research) are pleased to invite you and your guests to the upcomingpresentation of IESE Prof. Suárez's new publication “European Real Estate Markets” on December 9, 2008 at the University Club New York.

As a part of the launch of his book, Prof. Suarez will deliver a conference about “European Real Estate Markets at the end of 2008” in which he will analyze the recent events experienced in the real estate sector an its relationship and impact on the international financial systems.

“European Real Estate Markets” provides an overview of the different sectors of the European real estate industry (residential, offices, shopping centers, industrial), both from the stand point of promotion and investment and the financial markets that support them.

This publication has been developed and promoted by the CIIF (International Center for Financial Research). 


Dr. José Luis Suárez is professor in the department of financial management. His areas of specialization include the process of creating value for shareholders, formulation and implementation of financial policies: capital structure and dividends, managing international activities, especially in Latin America: capital budgeting, financing, risk management, managing real estate companies and assets.
