The 2nd Annual Forum on Managing Sports Entities aims to present the progress made through research performed by the Center for Sports Business Management (CSBM) throughout the year. In this second edition of the forum, unpublished academic material will be examined, including the case study “Diary of Two Short Years in 'Hell'”, as well as another on CAI Zaragoza (“The revitalization of a basketball club and a great pastime”), and analysis of the strategies of the Barcelona and Real Madrid soccer teams.
