New Resource: Thomson One Banker contents expanded
The IESE Library has substantially expanded its subscription to Thomson One Banker.
Produced by Thomson Financial, it provides integrated access to several financial databases providing a wide range of data on internationally quoted companies, international stock exchange indices, private equity and financial deals. It is an excellent resource for conducting in-depth financial research.
Contents:
- Company analysis: provides company financials, filings and stock prices for over 80,000 companies. It also includes fundamental data in standardized format (Worldscope), as reported (Extel) or as presented (Scanned images).
- Indices: indices overview, prices and constituents from over 200 international markets.
- Market awareness: global real-time and delayed market data, calendar of corporate events sourced directly from more than 5,500 public companies worldwide, news, economic data and Thomson proprietary research.
- Ownership: provides a broad coverage of global share ownership data, investor profiles and contacts.
- Deals analysis: includes corporate transactions worldwide, M&A, equity transactions (including IPOs), fixed income deals, and data on syndicated loans and project finance.
- Private Equity: access to global data on venture capital firms, private equity investment deals and companies backed by venture capital.

- Thomson has developed a new search interface. Click on the “New Thomson One Banker” link on the header of the page and give it a try!
- Its powerful financial analysis software allows you to do company screening and targeting.
- All the data is available in html and downloadable to Excel. Much of the data is also available in interactive charts.
How to Access Thomson One Banker
Access campus-wide and off campus, from the Top E-Resources menu on the Library homepage, clicking on Thomson One Banker, or from the E-Resources List page.
In addition to web access you can also pull data from Thomson ONE Banker databases directly to your Excel spreadsheets by installing the Excel Add-In (contact the Library for additional information or click on Excel add-in. Get procedure and password from the E-Resources List page).
