New Resource: Orbis

The IESE Library has subscribed to ORBIS Top 750,000, a Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing product. More in-depth marketing and financial information on public and private firms worldwide is now available at IESE, including that relating to banks and insurance companies.

ORBIS Top 750,000 is a global database that has information on the top 750,000 companies worldwide. ORBIS includes full searching facilities and a global standard report format for in-depth international searching and analysis.

The companies breakdown as follows:
- 47,900+ listed companies worldwide
- 21,700+ banks and 5,930 insurance companies
- 430,000+ European companies from 46 countries
- 262,000+ US and Canadian companies
- 52,000+ South and Central American companies
