This research workshop is the eleventh in a series of quarterly workshops organized by the SP-SP Center. The aim of the workshops is to bring together researchers in the Barcelona area to discuss different topics in applied microeconomics. This will be an edition with the participation of some researches outside the Barcelona area. This eleventh workshop focuses on the topic Market and Society. We have selected four papers dealing with the efficient level of linguistic diversity, the human welfare in a warning planet, the impact of taxes on voluntary donations and the coordination and rhetorical strategies of leaders.
