Workshop
The Puplic-Private Sector Research Center at IESE has initiated, thanks to ALCOA's Foundation support, a long term project dedicated to the study of the economic impact of the new European regulation regarding Energy Efficiency and Greenhouse Gas Emissions. Directives such as Ecodesign and European Performance of Buildings have a direct impact on the national economies through National Action Plans. They also impact the markets for buildings and for construction materials and the economic agents involved. This workshop intends to shed light on the findings in other european economies, on the extent of implementation and impact in Spain and on the foreseeable trends in these markets.
