GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP WEEK
The IESE Center for Entrepreneurship (CEFIE) invites you to get involved in the 2nd edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Week that will be held in Barcelona from 16-20 November, 2009.
The Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is an initiative to inspire young people to embrace innovation, imagination and creativity. For one week, millions of young people around the world will join a growing movement of entrepreneurial people, to generate new ideas and to seek better ways of doing things.
IESE could not miss this great event, as we really believe that Entrepreneurship is the motor of the economy, and boosting it is more important now than ever.
This year, in its aim to support entrepreneurial, the CEFIE organized in collaboration with different entities and companies, activities such as investment forums, roundtables and sessions with distinguished entrepreneurs, academic conferences, among others.

About GEW & CEFIE
The Global Entrepreneurship Week represents another step in the expansion of two highly successful initiatives: the Enterprise Week in the UK, led for the first time in 2004 by now-Prime Minister Gordon Brown, and the Entrepreneurship Week USA in 2007, inspired by the previous one. The founder companies of the GEW, Make Your Mark and Kaufmann Foundations, proposed in 2008, that the initiative acquired a global character.
The IESE Center for Entrepreneurship's guiding mission is to promote and support entrepreneurship through research and the exchange of information and experiences among the academic and business communities.
