For the fifth consecutive year, the EABIS PhD Conference will bring together doctoral candidates from across Europe to share their research experience, their findings, and the challenges they face in their studies on corporate responsibility.

The EABIS PhD Conference is an outstanding opportunity for PhD students to:

 - Explore research questions, methodologies and thematic issues around corporate responsibility and the role of business in society

 - Benefit from one to one interaction and feedback from senior professors, leading researchers and business representatives

 - Gain insights from Editors of renowned journals on practical approaches to publishing doctoral work

 - Network with peers from around Europe and beyond

 - Publish their work, as contributions will be considered for publication in a special edition of the Journal of General Management

In line with the theme of the EABIS 6th Annual Colloquium – “The Emerging Global Governance Paradigm: The Role of Business and Its Implications for Companies, Stakeholders and Society” – the focus of this year’s PhD forum will be on global governance. Please note however, that we welcome contributions from any doctoral candidates pursuing work around corporate responsibility issues.

The EABIS PhD Conference is co-chaired by Professor Antonio Argandoña, "la Caixa" Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance, and Professor Joan Fontrodona, Academic Director of the Center for Business in Society.
