Welcome to the FUR XIII (The Foundations and Applications of Risk, Utility and Decision Theory), to be held at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, July 2-5, 2008.

The FUR XIII is part of a series of bi-annual meetings which take place in top academic institutions, with the goal of bringing together the most active researchers from around the world, in different areas of science.

The Local Organizing Committee is happy to welcome participants and make sure they enjoy the conference and experience the lively atmosphere of Barcelona.

The deadline for submission of papers is April 10.
Accepted papers will be notified by May 10.
Selected papers from the conference will be published in a special issue of Theory and Decision.
