Our research project will target identifying business leaders who have achieved exemplary, internally-generated revenue growth.
Specifically, we are looking for managers in established and mature European businesses who have achieved annual growth rates 20% higher than the industry average for a period of at least five years. These managers could be at any organizational level across a variety of different industries, jobs and contexts.
Growth leaders may be:
Divisional Heads
Examples of internal growth strategies they may have executed include business model innovation, expansion of a customer base, creation of new value propositions, the establishment of new lines of businesses, product development and innovation, as well as the development and leveraging of talent.
We believe that by learning more about these executives—their practices, strategies, and business successes—we can establish IESE at the forefront of helping executives, managers and MBAs as they face this critical challenge.
