All submissions must be made in English, the Conference language. All abstracts and papers must be submitted electronically. Extended abstracts are limited to a maximum of 4 pages including any figures or exhibits. Submitted abstracts will be blind refereed. The electronic file should contain only the body of the abstract, with the title of the submission but no author identification information, in order to guarantee the double-blind review process. Accepted papers are limited to a maximum of 12 pages, including any figures or exhibits.
Accepted papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings and Conference Proceedings CD provided that they are submitted before May 6 and that at least one author is registered for the meeting.
