Advanced Management Program

IESE Business School's portfolio of Advanced Management Programs enables CEOs, senior managers, entrepreneurs and board members to reflect on their experience as leaders and develop new capabilities to ensure their continued success. Due to their geographical diversity of venues and a practical modular structure, these programs offer a stimulating environment for sharing insights and experiences with peers, who at least have 15 years of managerial experience.

IESE's full-time world-class faculty will help participants to explore what leadership means for those at the top of an organization. The program helps leaders to improve their strategic thinking, create and nurture capable and dynamic management teams, and learn new ways of driving organizational change.

With editions strategically located in Barcelona, New York, Munich, Warsaw, and São Paulo, the program will help you deal with today’s global business realities and prepare for the challenges of the future. For those looking to build up a global network of contacts, the AMP Barcelona typically features participants from all five continents. The AMPs in Munich, São Paulo and Warsaw, focus on recruiting participants who are based in these regions and aim to expand a more regional network.

Those interested in a New York-based program with a strong focus on the Americas should visit our SEP New York - Miami. IESE also offers AMPs oriented towards specific industries such as Healthcare (Barcelona or Madrid) and Media and Entertainment in New York.

The programs are ideally structured to fit executives’ busy lifestyles. Intensive residential periods are combined with off-site work and team interaction. Take-home agendas during the program ensure that what you learn can be applied immediately – a direct benefit for your company.
