PROGRAMS FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The PLD Barcelona seeks participants with the knowledge and experience to contribute to class discussion and group work. They are selected to ensure a wide diversity of companies, sectors and cultural backgrounds. Classes comprise between 35 and 40 participants of about 20 different nationalities.

Participants are often functional managers, directors, project managers or professional specialists, among others.

The PLD Barcelona centers on three 1-week residential modules held on IESE’s Barcelona campus. To further personalize the PLD learning experience, these modules are followed by either a Short Focused Program (SFP) of their choice or the Fast Forward Program. In between modules, participants carry out collaborative and individual learning projects. The Program for Leadership Development (PLD) is offered in two editions that start in the spring and fall.

Program Fee

The program fee of € 25,700 includes tuition, reading and classroom materials, and most meals. A refundable tuition fee deposit of € 2.000 is required to confirm attendance and reserve a seat in class. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the program. We accept payments by transfer or check. Details are included on the program invoice.

Travel and accommodation is not included in the program fee. After acceptance into the program, IESE can provide a hotel within walking distance of the campus with special room rates for IESE's PLD candidates.

Should admissions take place within 30 days prior to the start of the program, full payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Cancellations

Cancellations should be submitted by e-mail more than 30 days before the start of the program to receive full refund. Due to the program demand and the volume of preparation requirements, cancellations or deferrals received within 30 days to the programs start are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
