At the conclusion of the program, participants are awarded an academic diploma and acquire the status of IESE Business School alumni. Alumni are entitled to join the IESE Business School Alumni Association and gain access to the wealth of continuous education and professional assistance services it provides.

The Association offers educational and information services that aim to accompany alumni on their career paths. These services include:

  1. A subscription to the management journal IESE Insight and the Alumni Magazine.
  2. The Continuous Education Program, the only program of its kind in the world that offers alumni the chance to participate in periodical academic sessions of business, economic and political interest.
  3. The annual IESE Global Alumni Reunion, one of the Association's most important activities. The reunion brings alumni from all over the world together so they can network and interact. The event is a forum for information, education and debate that includes conferences and seminars on current topics of general interest.
  4. The START Platform, which allows alumni to identify and improve their personal professional competencies, and the SUCCEED Platform, which provides specific content and knowledge to help alumni continuously improve their leadership skills.

IESE Business School currently has more than 38,000 alumni organized in its worldwide Regional Chapters and about 42% of the alumni belong to the Association. This is one of the highest membership rates among all universities in the world and is a true reflection of the impact that IESE Business School programs have on the professional and personal lives of participants.
