The Management Development Program (PDD) is designed for functional managers and middle managers with at least 10 years of professional experience who want to take a leap in their career and assume General Management positions.
In this program participants will gain a holistic view in General Management in a constantly changing economic environment; develop their talent and leadership skills, enhance strategic thinking and drive decision making and implementation effectively. The program sits bases in academic excellence and a humanist perspective of leadership in business, where the dignity and commitment to ethical values are the backbone of success in the organization and society at large.
The PDD is taught in modules, full day or morning and evening along over eight months in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Zaragoza, Pamplona and Santiago de Compostela, offering great flexibility and allowing participants to combine the study program with their professional and personal life.
The Management Development Program (PDD) adapts to the needs and challenges of company management in an increasingly more global environment. The PDD program entails a considerable investment both at personal and company level and helps managers to:
Develop a global and integrated overview of the company.
Provide know-how and tools on company management in the new global economy.
Revise attitudes of leadership, teamwork and personal commitment with the mission of the company and its long-term targets.
Achieve an ability to reason in a much more detailed, profound and complete way from a business viewpoint.
Accentuate the capacity of acting with a results-oriented business mentality, but also directed at the development of people, the company and society.
