General Management Programs consist of a series of modules to equip participants with the tools needed for decision-making from a global viewpoint of the general management and within the business environment.
At IESE Business School we believe that the development of leadership skills and the review of outlooks and values should be done through self-discovery. The case method is ideal to achieve this. Cases describe real business situations that put forward relevant, detailed information for analysis and decision-making.
|Individual analysis||Teamwork||General sessions|
|The participant faces the analysis of a real business situation with biased information for this purpose. The executive will carry out an in-depth study of the situation and define the problems and opportunities detected.||Participants are divided into various groups which each week discuss the cases. This enables different opinions, views of the problem and ways of solving them, to be contrasted.||After individual study and teamwork, the general sessions are held directed by professors of IESE Business School, who following strict methodology, lead the discussion on the problems put forward from the case and guide them to possible solutions and their consequences.|
