The General Management Program (PDG) is designed for senior managers, board members and entrepreneurs with at least 15 years of business experience who want to get a comprehensive view of General Management in an economic environment of constant change, develop their talent and leadership skills, enhance strategic thinking and drive decision making and implementation effectively. The program sits bases in academic excellence and a humanist perspective of leadership in business, where the dignity and commitment to ethical values are the backbone of success in the organization and society at large.
The PDG is taught in modules, full day or morning and evening over eight months in Barcelona and Madrid, offering great flexibility and allowing participants to combine study of the program with their professional and personal life.
