PARTICIPANT PROFILE

The PMD is designed for accomplished functional managers from diverse organizations who have demonstrated strong leadership potential.

Candidates are strategically selected from a broad spectrum of functions, industries, cultures and professional backgrounds to contribute to a diverse, shared learning experience. Typically, PMD participants will have an average of 10 years’ functional managerial experience.

STRUCTURE & CALENDAR

The PMD Warsaw centers on two one-week modules in Barcelona and five two-day modules held in Warsaw held over six non-consecutive months. In between modules, you will carry out collaborative and individual learning projects.

BARCELONA March 27-31, 2017
Opening Module The program opens with an intensive module in Barcelona. You will explore the concepts through open dialogue and debate with peers and faculty.
TWO-DAY MODULES Core Program

Core Program In Warsaw learning is organized in short, intensive modules that give you the chance to implement new ideas and approaches and return to share and discuss findings.
ONE-WEEK MODULE Closing Module

BARCELONA November 6-10, 2017
Closing Module The PMD closes with a final module in Barcelona. You will review concepts and themes with peers and IESE faculty before returning to your company, equipped to make immediate impact.
