The media and entertainment industry is a dynamic and fast-moving space. The effects of globalization, digital innovation and changing user behavior are disrupting the way products are developed, distributed and consumed.
Executives operating in this highly competitive and uncertain environment face multiple new challenges. From revenue generation to cost management and resource distribution to competitive strategy, leaders need the critical business skills and global overview to be able to react quickly and to identify and capitalize on market disruptions.
The Advanced Management Program in Media and Entertainment (Media AMP) is the only program of its kind. Specifically designed for the media and entertainment industry, this unique experience will broaden your perspective on the industry and equip you with the leadership skills necessary to make critical decisions in the face of uncertainty and drive your organization’s bottom line.
The Media AMP is delivered in five modules over a period of ten months. Modules one to four take place in two of the world’s most progressive media hubs: New York and Los Angeles. The fifth and final module is delivered in Barcelona and follows the 2016 Mobile World Congress.
