Approach

The program is a learning experience that extends over several weeks, and integrates off-campus learning in your workplace with classroom discussions that take place at IESE. This format ensures that you not only acquire cutting edge knowledge from IESE experts, but also share perspectives with peer participants as well as start to apply your insights to your day-to-day challenges.

During the first module, delivered entirely online, you will be introduced to key concepts via a series of lectures, readings and assignments. At IESE, during the second module, you will engage in rich discussions through case studies and workshops. In the third and final module, which takes place when you return to your office, you will be guided in applying new approaches, frameworks, and tools, and further refine your skills via additional online content. Personal tutorships will also be available as a complementary reinforcement of the discussed subjects.

Please note that, given the high level of integration between the modules, the program requires your participation in all three modules. During the first and third module, you can expect a dedication of roughly 4-6 hours per week.
