IESE Professors of Managing People in Organizations Yih-teen Lee, Sebastian Reiche, and Carlos Sánchez-Runde draw upon their three very distinct cultures, and provide lectures, case studies, and a cross-cultural simulation so that participants can obtain in-depth, actionable knowledge on managing people across cultures. The program will also leverage participants’ own cultural experiences to create a rich and engaging learning experience.
