The faculty of the Time Management and Prioritization program is made up of professionals who are involved in teaching, research and the business world. This program's team comprises:
    Nuria Chinchilla
    Professor of Managing People in Organizations
    Ph.D. in Economics and Business Management, IESE Business School, University of Navarra
    Master in Business Administration, IESE, University of Navarra
    B.A. in Law, Universitat de Barcelona

    Nuria Chinchilla is the director of the International Center on Work and Family at IESE Business School. She has spent many years advising businesses and public administrations about the balance between work and family. In 2002 she promoted the establishment of the IFREI index on family-responsible businesses. She is author and coauthor of various books, including "Dueños de nuestro destino: cómo conciliar la vida profesional, familiar y personal" and "Rotación de directivos". Prof. Chinchilla is the 2001 FEDEPE "Woman Manager of the Year" and a member of the Top Ten Management and Who's Who in Spanish Management. She sits on several international advisory boards. 

    Francisco Gay
    Lecturer of Managing People in Organizations
    Industrial Engineering, Escuela Universitaria de Ingenieros Técnicos Industriales de Zaragoza

    He is the director and general manager of a variety of educational enterprises. He also works as an executive consultant in the field of managing people in organizations, workplace and family balance, and executive coaching. Francisco Gay’s broad experience includes sales and executive positions in various companies in the service, food, financial and education sectors. He has occupied the posts of sales manager, head of the sales department, unit head, managing director and CEO.
