The faculty of Digital Mindset: How to Lead and Manage in an Ever-Changing Environment program is made up of professionals who are involved not only in teaching but in research and the business world. This program’s team comprises:
    Sandra Sieber
    Professor of Information Systems
    Ph.D. in Management, IESE, University of Navarra
    Degree in Economics and Business Administration, Universitat Pompeu Fabra

    Sandra Sieber's main areas of interest include ICT-enhanced innovation and the changes in the workplace brought about by the adoption of new technologies, with a particular interest in industries that have been transformed by technological advances, such as telecommunications, banking, and media and entertainment.

    Her research also underscores the need for improved user knowledge about IS, especially when it plays a strategic role in the organization. Prof. Sieber has published scholarly and general articles in national and international journals, magazines and newspapers, and has contributed to several books.

    Prof. Valor led the Spanish Prime Minister's Task Force to devise a national strategy to promote information technology and help bring about the information society. He has authored books on the information telecommunications hyper-industry and information systems management, and his research has appeared in prestigious academic journals. He currently serves on the editorial board of Information and Management.
    Evgeny Káganer
    Associate Professor of Information Systems

    Medical Doctor, Ural State Medical Academy, Yekaterinburg

    Evgeny Káganer teaches MBA and executive courses in IT management and online business strategy. His research examines IT innovation diffusion, industry transformations and web-enabled business models. Other recent Loading...projects include work on the enterprise use of social media and the development of online sourcing marketplaces.

    His work has appeared in prestigious publications, including Journal of the Associationfor Information Systems and European Journal of Information Systems, and is widely cited in major international news outlets and blogs. He has consulted on IT implementation and strategy for several organizations in the United States and Europe.

    Michelle Greenwald


    Michelle is a unique blend of marketing practitioner and professor, as a former SVP New Products, Disney, and VP and GM, Pepsi-Cola; She teaches Digital Marketing as part of her courses at Wharton, Columbia, Cornell, NYU, Berkeley, and IESE business schools; Michelle writes about innovation, including digital and tech, for Forbes and Inc.com, and wrote the book, Catalyzing Innovation to help firms innovate in new product and marketing plan development more systematically and inspire fresh thinking; Through her firm Inventours she runs immersive innovation programs for C-Suite Execs in international cities with leading innovators across disciplines.  Through Marketing Visualized™, she does business plan and marketing consulting.
