The sustainable success of any business initiative, regardless of its size, involves change and managing this change is a key leadership competency for any senior manager.
Understanding the extent of the change required (whether this is incremental or radical), creating the desired change roadmap and managing the change process is essential to the success of any initiative.
The program provides participants with an excellent opportunity to design and deliver a change program whilst experiencing the emotions that change brings to individuals and teams. It will provide participants with the opportunity to grow professionally and personally. Professionally by learning and applying a systematic change approach from creating the desired level of urgency in an organization to successfully embedding the change ; Personally, whereby participants will engage in a process of self awareness (understanding one’s emotions), self management (situational understanding) and emotional awareness (empathy, not sympathy).
