A visionary leader, Fred Krawchuk is highly skilled in bringing multiple stakeholders from varying cultures together to solve complex issues and challenges while building high performance teams. Leveraging his impressive military career and skills gained throughout his life, Fred has built a reputation as someone who expertly creates the ideal environment to facilitate meaningful dialogue and dynamic results.

Working with academic institutions, NGOs, corporations and individuals around the world, Fred is passionate about uncovering the potential in complex, ambiguous scenarios, and revealing opportunity where others see only chaos. For this reason, Fred is known as a catalyst for change, a thought leader and an influencer in multi-stakeholder collaboration.

A graduate of West Point, Fred has an MBA from IESE Business School and an MPA from Harvard University. He is a highly decorated retired U.S. Army Colonel, and was awarded the George C. Marshall Fellowship at the U.S. Department of State. He is an Olmsted scholar, MacArthur Leadership Award winner, and recipient of research grants. A published author and fluent in three languages, Fred specializes in organizational design, leadership and management, cross-cultural collaboration, problem solving, negotiations and conflict resolution.
