While previous academic records and stardardized test results are useful and important tools for evaluating candidates, there are several less quantifiable indicators of equal or greater value. Describe your personality, motivation, goals, leadership abilities and communication skills. Tell us why you would be a valuable addition to the program. 1. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

All documents can be uploaded in the on-line application, including a scanned copy of the original transcripts.

Once admitted, a hard copy of the transcripts must be sent to MBA Admissions within one month of the admissions date.

We recommend that you: 

• Keep a copy of all documents submitted to IESE. 
• Clip each of the different documents separately.
• Do not submit books, theses, or other materials not requested in this section.

An English language test is required of applicants whose first language is not English.

The GMAT (The Graduate Management Admissions Test) is mandatory for all candidates.

2. ADMISSIONS PRE-COMMITTEE

Your application will be considered only once IESE has received a complete application packet. At this stage it is sufficient to send a copy of your GMAT, English test and university documents. However, please note that a final decision will not be made until the application package is completed (your official university transcripts should only be sent after admission.

3. PERSONAL INTERVIEW

The personal interview will be conducted in English. Face to face interviews can be held on the IESE campus in Barcelona or during the travels of admissions directors worldwide. An interview via videoconference is also possible.

4. ASSESSMENT DAY

The assessment day is designed to gain more information about candidates and typically consists of a group of candidates spending an entire day with the admissions team. Although it is not a mandatory step in the admissions process participation is highly recommended. The objective of the Assessment Day is to get to know candidates better through their interactions with each other and with the Admissions team.

5. FINAL ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE

Once you finished the selection process your application will be presented to the final committee.
