The Netherlands IESE Alumni Chapter

Welcome to the virtual meeting place of IESE’s alumni in The Netherlands!

Our chapter represents 34 Alumni. We were previously part of the BENELUX chapter (founded in 1990) and since January 2007 we are a chapter on our own. We have an active role in bringing IESE Alumni and friends together on a regular basis.

With our Alumni board we aim to:

• Build and foster friendships among IESE Alumni living and working in The Netherlands.
• Hold fun and interesting meetings on a regular basis.
• Represent and promote IESE.

In total we hold four meetings a year. We meet twice after office hours and run a short interactive program with special guests to discuss current topics. This year for instance we hosted a meeting with Kees Storm (former CEO of Aegon) and Michiel Meurs (former CFO of Ahold). The third meeting we have is our annual get-together where an IESE professor gives a talk and updates us on the latest developments at IESE. We combine this with an outside guest speaker. The fourth meeting is a social gathering. This year we had a fantastic BBQ!

The Alumni in our chapter, as can be expected, come from all walks of life and geographic locations, and are dynamic, forward-thinkers.

We welcome all IESE alumni in our region and hope that you will join us with your ideas and support.
