IESE's Young Talent Program (YTP) is a pre-admission program to the full-time MBA that includes the chance to earn a two year placement with a leading global company. Designed to encourage promising young talent, the program is aimed at university students in their junior and senior year with outstanding academic records and extracurricular achievements.
