The AMP program consists of four residential modules distributed over a period of six months. Between the modules participants will prepare material for the next residential module, work on individual business problems and carry out self-assessment projects.
The object of this module is to lay a solid foundation for the program and to give a framework required for understanding the global macroeconomic environment and its impact on business. The first week focuses also on building relationships and teams.

In a rapidly changing and growing environment, having leaders with a clear vision, a capacity to be flexible becomes more vital than ever. This module explores the relationship between different leadership styles and organizational outcomes. The participants will learn how to lead and manage change and how to develop a corporate strategy that creates value for the shareholders.
Curriculum:
In this module, corporate finance and strategy and strategic implementation will be looked at. Participants will be exposed to techniques that help them develop their ability to negotiate in a competitive and collaborative situations. During this week participants will also be encouraged to finalize their own personal and corporate agendas.

The modular structure strikes the right balance: it maximizes the time we spend together, while minimizing the time we spend out of the office. And as we all know, time is the one thing we're all short of.
