Program Structure

Participants attend opening and closing modules in Barcelona, and 8 intervening two half-day sessions in Warsaw (Wednesdays and Thursdays). This minimizes travel costs and the amount of time spent away from the office. With this format, one of the world’s premier senior executive programs is within easy reach.

During the period between the residential modules, participants will concentrate on a range of activities, including specific business problems that relate to their own companies, and personal self-assessment projects.
