IESE's Program for Management Development (PMD) will help professionals fast-track the leadership skills and strategic tools they need to navigate today's dynamic global economy. Its format - four 1-week residential modules - is structured for minimal intrusion on work and life. 

As a professional with eight to ten years of experience in a specialized technical or functional management role, perhaps you have started to think about taking your career to the next level. And if your company operates globally - which it no doubt does - then that "next level" needs to leverage the special expertise you have developed in dealing with the realities of international business.

The PMD is an intensely interactive learning experience which engages professionals from all over the world representing a wide variety of industry sectors and diverse perspectives. Through in-depth discussions dealing with authentic business scenarios, participants sharpen their analytical and decision-making skills. And they leave the program well-prepared to take on the challenges they seek. 
 
The program structure is a unique combination of four 1-week residential modules, two held in Madrid, one held in Barcelona and one in New York. In between these modules you will have the opportunity to interact with other participants and faculty members through a web community. Throughout the program, participants will work on their own take-home agendas and action plans for themselves and their companies.
