The program is specifically designed for senior managers with strong interests in Latin America who seek to sharpen their awareness of business trends and update their knowledge while interacting with top-level management peers from a wide variety of industries.
Participants will typically be top-tier executives and directors with at least 10-15 years of managerial experience. Members of the class will be selected to ensure diversity of companies, sectors and cultural backgrounds.
An example of a class profile can be found below. The SEP for Latin America class consists of participants representing several different countries. The average age of the participants is 43 years old.
