The SEP for Latin America program consists of three 6-day residential modules distributed over a period of nearly four months. Between the modules participants will prepare material for the next residential module, work on individual business problems and carry out self-assessment projects.
The first module lays a solid foundation for the program and provides the necessary framework for understanding the global macroeconomic environment and its impact on business. The first week also focuses on building relationships and teams.

Today's fast-moving, complex business environment calls for leaders with the ability to innovate. This module explores innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as corporate and marketing strategies to create value and boost competitiveness.

The final module examines topics specific to the region and strategic implementation. It also examines operations and IT management. Participants finalize their personal and take-home agendas.
