Getting Global Strategy Right is designed for senior managers responsible for crafting and implementing global strategy for their organizations. Based on research by IESE Professor Pankaj Ghemawat, one of the world’s foremost authorities on globalization, and with adept guidance from additional international faculty experts, the program will set forth guidelines to evaluate and exploit cross-border business opportunities.

Over four days, the program will present a framework for measuring cross-border differences and a scorecard to assess the value of proposed moves. It will introduce a typology of successful global strategies and analyze emerging competition from China and India by examining the key differences in their global strategies.

Participants will leave the program equipped with the necessary tools to determine the best competitive strategy for their organizations.
