Getting Things Done takes an intensive and practical approach. Highly dynamic and interactive, the program offers senior executives the chance to learn through a variety of methods, including case studies, lectures, group discussions and a computer simulation designed to test participants’ skills as change agents.
Participants will also benefit from a 10-week follow-up platform upon the program's conclusion.
