Paddy Miller specializes in leadership and change management with a focus on leading change in multinational organizations. He has worked with CEOs and their management teams in Europe, Africa, and North and South America to help them undergo transitions that allow them to better confront increasingly global markets.  

Erich Joachimsthaler
Founder and CEO of Vivaldi Partners

Erich Joachimsthaler is the founder and CEO of Vivaldi Partners, a multinational innovation strategy and marketing firm with its global headquarters located in New York City. An expert in consumer goods, retailing, telecommunications, media and entertainment, and technology sectors, his breakthrough thinking on demand-first innovation and growth can be found in his latest book Hidden in Plain Sight.

Johanna Mair
Associate Professor of Strategic Management, IESE

Prof. Mair's research centers on traditional strategy and entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in the role that institutions play in stifling or enabling social and economic progress, and the role of entrepreneurial actors in this process.

Pedro Nueno
Professor of Entrepreneurship, IESE 

Pedro Nueno holds the Bertran Foundation Chair of Entrepreneurship. His areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, management of technology and innovation, and turnaround and implementation of entrepreneurial management.

Mike Rosenberg
Professor of Strategic Management, IESE Business School 

Mike Rosenberg's research is concerned with how long term technological and socio economic trends affect the business climate. He has a particular interest in the potential of alternative energy sources to change the competitive dynamics of a number of industries including the automotive sector.

Pedro Videla
Professor of Economics, IESE

Pedro Videla has taught at universities across Europe and North and South America, and has consulted for a variety of organizations, including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Union, the Inter-American Development Bank and USAID. He is currently the editor of the Journal of Emerging Economies.

Nick Hahn
Managing Director and Head of the Consumer Goods Practice, Vivaldi Partners

Nick Hahn brings 23 years of consulting and line management experience in business, brand and marketing strategy, including at The Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson and Saatchi & Saatchi.  Areas of expertise include demand-driven growth and innovation strategy, brand architecture and portfolio management, and strategic activation guidelines.

John Watts
Managing Direction and Head of Strategic Research, Vivaldi Partners

John Watts brings to Vivaldi Partners his 22-year background in economics, accounting and strategy as a faculty member at University of Chicago and Purdue University, as well as senior roles at Opinion Research Corporation, PRTM, Accenture and Ernst & Young.   Using fact based methods, John proves the value of proposed solutions and helps galvanize organizations to action.
