Qualifications

To qualify for the program candidates should have the following background:

• A thorough knowledge of at least one area of management and teaching experience in that area.
• A high level of English.
• Strong potential for teaching, research and institutional development.
• Preference will be given to participants with solid commitment to the academic institution in which they are employed.

Application Procedure

The following steps are to be taken and the appropriate documents submitted to the IFDP Admission Committee before an application can be considered for admission:

• Step 1: A completed Apply on-line.
• Step 2: A nomination form (PDF, 169 Kb) completed by the Dean or department head of the candidate's institution.
• Step 3: Except in special circumstances, a personal interview.

Admission to the IFDP will be decided by the Admissions Committee after evaluating each applicant on the basis of all the required information.
