Women in Leadership
IESE Women in Leadership (I-WIL) is a platform that connects women leaders and future women leaders across the globe.
I-WIL creates a space for women to share experiences and encourage one another in the task of breaking the glass and cement ceilings they face throughout their professional career.
I-WIL provides the following services:
Networking: I-WIL offers a range of clubs which cater to women leaders of all ages and profession to offer support from international peers. Board members, executives, professionals, mentoring, personal and family risk management.
Education: I-WIL is dedicated to the learning and development of women leaders and future women leaders at all stages of their career from general managers all the way up to the board room.
Research: I-WIL has various lines of research aimed at raising awareness of women in leadership positions, women on boards, work family balance and corporate family responsibility.
The ultimate goal is to increase the number of women in leadership roles throughout the world – with gender diversity and work family balance high on the agenda.
