Forty-seven undergraduate students and recent university graduates from around the world are getting a first-hand glimpse of IESE's MBA this week through the Summer School program.
The 1-week intensive program is led by IESE faculty members and includes academic sessions on key management topics, as well as organized social activities in Barcelona. This year's participants hail from India, Japan, Germany, Slovenia, Belgium, Portugal, Croatia, Italy, United Kingdom, Andorra and Spain.
During the program, participants are able to network with other aspiring business leaders, while also engaging in case study discussions, small group work and a team project.
Led by IESE professors, sessions cover areas such as marketing, operations, accounting and information systems. Professors leading sessions are experts in their respective fields. Faculty members taking part in this year's edition include Alberto Fernández Terricabras, Albert Valentí, Eduardo Calvo, Sebastian Brion, Carlos Cavallé, Fotis Christodoulopoulos, Natalia Cugueró-Escofet and Anindya Ghosh.
