In keeping with previous years, EABIS and IESE, this year’s hosts, are committed to delivering an event with high added value to its participants, through the quality of insight provided by senior academics, as well as the practical tools and approaches generated by in-depth discussion of doctoral work.
One innovation of note this year is that as part of the submission process, participants will have the opportunity to identify their key challenges and barriers to progress, which will then be used by the organizers to shape the content of the day.
In Barcelona we will also introduce an enhanced format, with highlights including formal and informal discussions with prominent editors on publishing strategy, and a session dedicated to post-PhD career feedback. In this way we intend for the EABIS 5th Annual PhD Conference to surpass the expectations of all those who attend.
